Introduction To Inflatable Trampolines

Inflatable bouncy castles, also known as inflatable castles or inflatable trampolines, are children's amusement facilities made of reinforced PVC or plastic materials. They maintain their shape through a centrifugal fan creating an air pressure difference. The materials are tear-resistant, and the manufacturing process includes heat sealing and industrial double-needle sewing. Product types include inflatable slides, water rings, and outdoor climbing playgrounds.

The mandatory national standard "Safety Specifications for Inflatable Amusement Facilities," implemented on July 1, 2024, added safety requirements for outdoor facilities, including fixed foundations, anemometer configuration, and air pressure monitoring devices. In actual operation, issues such as sandbag damage, overloading, and hygiene problems exist, and some locations lack dedicated safety personnel.
